3 Making Models: The Create Menu
In this chapter we’ll use the Create menu in the Model, Sculpt, and Patch workspaces to make solid, T-spline, and surface models. Model mode makes solid, precise forms with defined edges and sizes. Sculpt mode makes solid, organic, flowing forms. Patch mode makes hollow, precise forms with defined edges and sizes. We’ll bounce models between all three workspaces to take advantage of their unique capabilities.
