Fusion products create value by improving uptime for a company’s machines. Fusion services do so by bundling services with the machines to enhance customer productivity. And fusion systems by ensuring uptime on all the equipment used by the customer, not just its machines.

Fusion solutions, however, are designed to solve each business customer’s unique problems in their entirety. Unlike the other three strategies, which start with the manufacturer’s machines, fusion solutions start with defining customer problems and then solving them.
