Consumer tastes, trends, and demands have always evolved and will always continue to do so. The nature of demographics is that people will move around, change their habits, and everyone will age—as such what people desire constantly changes.

However, in current times, the trend that is being seen across the globe is one linked to the consumer becoming more aware of what they are consuming.
