For ethical and sustainable conduct to be a constant within any supply chain, there has to be strong, open, and honest communication.

Open Communication

Communication is the exchange, the imparting or receiving, of information using a variety of methods.

By having communication channels that are effective, the procurement professional is able to both send and receive information to enable them to gain a true insight of what is happening throughout all the tiers of the chain.
