Answering Calls
ONE RINGY DINGY, TWO ringy dingy…when you get a call on your Galaxy S II, you’ll know in no uncertain terms that someone’s trying to reach you. Depending on how you’ve set up your Galaxy S II to handle incoming calls, you’ll hear a ring, feel a vibration, or see the caller’s name, photo, and phone number onscreen.

The way you find out when a call is coming in, and the way you answer it, depends on what you’re doing when you get the call:
If you’re doing something else on the Galaxy S II, you’ll hear a notification, and a screen appears telling you that you’ve got a call. Tap the Green button when you see it. When the call is over, tap “End call.” If you don’t want to answer, tap the red button on the right.
If the Galaxy S II is asleep or locked, slide the lock icon to the right to answer the call. Slide the icon to the left to ignore the call.
If you’re wearing earbuds or listening to music on an external speaker, the music stops playing and the ringtone sounds in the earbuds or speaker. Press or slide the Answer button. After the call ends, the music starts playing again.
