This Appendix contains a listing of all the games discussed in this book (as well as a few additional ones), but is by no means exhaustive. We have distilled these games from interviews and discussions, from personal experience, and from examples taken from business literature.

In the following sections we give a brief description of the games we did not discuss in Chapter One; some of them include an example to illustrate the mechanics of how the game is played.
