Every gamification marketing campaign makes mistakes. The ones that eventually become successful are typically run by marketing teams that can admit when they’ve gone wrong and learn from those experiences.

Making mistakes during any stage of your campaign is inevitable. The important things are to:

  • Remain open to the possibility that your campaign will have major flaws.
  • Train your team to spot any issues early. Actively encourage problematic feedback.
  • Resolve the issue by taking action.
