Abstract
The artificial intelligence (AI) technology, generative AI (GAI) has been making a revolution and a cross-sectorial scale to change the things we do. The technological development and the deployment are ethical, social, and regulatory challenges are responsible. In this chapter, we deal with the difficulties of AI regulation and give policymakers a way to deal.
