The simplest way to conceptualize a psychiatric disorder is a disturbance of cognition (thought), conation (action) or affect (feeling) or any disequilibrium between these three domains.

NORMAL MENTAL HEALTH

According to the world Health Organization (WHO), health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not mere absence of disease or infirmity. Normal mental health is rather difficult to define and some of the following traits demonstrate normal mental health:
