- activity
- A metric that tries to establish how many customer service hours the company saved and contributed to the bottom line.
- aggregated
- Data collected from several measurements and compiled into a summary.
- analytics
- The data or statistics gleaned from systematically reviewing information to determine how customers feel about your brand. Measured analytics include number of website page views, average duration on the site, and total page views per session.
- applicant relationship systems (ARS)
- Contact or customer relationship management tool used to gather information that can be searched at a later time.
- assessments
- Linked employment processes. They measure a job candidate’s knowledge and skills in specific areas of competence. Assessments are used during the interview and hiring process for job candidates.
- automating
- A technique for controlling a process through the uses of mechanical or social tools. Social media automating refers to the automatic posting of information as predetermined by the originator.
- behavioral interview questions
- Interview questions that ask the candidate to draw upon past experiences and share performance examples.
- best practice
- Established method of doing something that consistently generates results that are superior to other actions.
- billable hours
- The standard charging procedures for social media consultative services rendered after considering overhead and expenses, time required for ...
