When All Else Fails

Don’t give up—yet.

I’m going to level with you. Sometimes the tactics I’ve laid out in this book won’t work. You can’t convince a know-it-all to recognize and change their arrogant ways because your boss values their overconfidence. Your biased colleague refuses to see how their comments are offensive, despite your attempts to educate them.
