When the day is done, you need to be able to shut it down and turn work off for at least 8 hours or so. This sounds easy, until you try and put it into practice. I personally struggle with this regularly and have certainly shorted my family some well-deserved time over the years, but I strive to get better! I am sure you all can think of a friend who needs to spend a few less nights out at the bar and a few more nights in watching a movie.
