Activating Your Best Self

You may have heard the old nursery rhyme by Hendry Wadsworth Longfellow:

There was a girl, who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead.

When she was good, she was very good. But when she was bad, she was horrid.

It’s a funny rhyme; but isn’t it also true? We can be so “good” most of the time. Until we are not.

In this chapter, we will identify how we act when we are at our best—and worst. By understanding your leaning and tendency, you can be more mindful and prepared to manage your Self to Get It Right in your MTMs.
