This is like some kinda prehistoric Internet.
There are two really important aspects to consider when producing graphics for the World Wide Web: technical and esthetics. Given the vagaries of connections, servers, and the short attention spans of most Web surfers, you’ve gotta be concerned not only with getting their attention, but the technical aspects of saving files in compressed formats that load as fast as possible. To accomplish both of these objectives, you not only need talent; you must have the proper tools. Since most of us are stuck with the talent that came at birth, it helps to have the right software to create Web graphics that attract attention and display quickly.
