Implementing Ideas

The best ideas will be of no value if they are not put into action to resolve a challenge. In some respects, idea implementation is more important than idea generation.

IMPORTANCE AND NATURE OF IMPLEMENTATION

Next to redefining the problem, this last component of the innovation challenge process may be the most critical. A high-quality idea that appears to have a high probability of resolving a problem will be of little value if it is not implemented properly. Although this statement may seem obvious, it is extremely important when you consider that it is only by taking action that a problem can be resolved.
