5. Managing a Circuit Design Project

As no success is achieved by chance, to accomplish a circuit design project, an established development workflow is mandatory. A well-designed workflow provides a pathway toward success and helps us avoid falling into the trap of divergences. A workflow provides answers to the following questions:

• What are the tasks to be done?

• What is the order of the tasks?

• What are the time intervals of each task?

• Who is responsible for accomplishing each task?

• What are the achievements (results) of each task?
