AFTER ANOTHER INTENSE workout, Denise sat at the bar inside the gym and ordered her usual green smoothie. She tried to avoid all thoughts of what made it green. She didn’t even like looking at it, it sort of looked like a Halloween prank, but it tasted okay and was, apparently, very healthy. As she was sipping gingerly, she saw Maggie walk by.
“Hey, Maggie, can I see the storyboard in your back office again? I realized how hard it was in my coaching cycles today to follow Mark’s and Joe’s explanations. Their storyboards have become a mish-mash of charts, drawings, and several templates.”
