THE FOUR WEEKS following the team’s launch flew by. Maggie had coached Denise most mornings, mainly by phone, on her successive target conditions, and Denise felt she had improved enormously as a coach. The dojo really helped. Today was their first internal monthly review. Denise watched as the team, one by one, joined her in the meeting room and began to look at the results from the past month.
