Energy Management, Planning and Zoning, Industry and Trade

In this chapter we discuss a variety of socioeconomic services and the transformation they faced across a selected number of countries in recent decades. We begin with governmental policies for the management and storage of energy (fossil fuels, solar and wind energy, nuclear energy, and so forth) and natural resources, and move forward to discuss planning and zoning as well as industry and trade. We will pay specific attention to water and other natural resources management policies.
