The Future of Supply Chain Security


This chapter examines where supply chain management may be headed in a world which is gathering Big Data and moving into the so-called Internet of Things. Surveillance of criminals and civilians is discussed. Issues of coordination within the Department of Homeland Security are outlined. In this context there are several security goals which are desired while some have been missed thus far. These will be discussed and compared.
