Trust
The glue that binds the team
Trust is the invisible glue that keeps teams, families and society together. Only when it is missing do we discover how important it is and how hard it is to build. For global teams trust is vital. Trust enables your team to bridge the challenges of physical and cultural distance. Specifically, it drives six enablers of team performance:
