INTRODUCTION
This SEA should not be interpreted by readers as a guide to installing a HF marine transceiver. It is important for readers to appreciate that maximum efficiency and effectiveness of a HF marine radio will only be achieved if it is professionally installed. Rather, this SEA is a guide so that operators are aware of the important components, aspects and issues within HF installations. This knowledge will help operators to maintain their marine radios to a high level of effectiveness.
