GETTING HELP IN REACHING YOUR GOALS

Business goals often interweave the personal and the professional. If your goal is to get a raise, the best way to get that raise may be to take on special projects, learn new skills, or otherwise increase your benefit to your employer. If your goal is to upgrade the IT infrastructure to cut long-term operating costs by 25 percent, your success may translate into an increase in status or the likelihood of promotion.
