Watchdog Skills

As the title for part two indicates, it’s time to do some upfront advocacy for individual women and for gender inclusion and equity broadly. Time to put that GQ and ally courage to the test. Thus far, we’ve asked you to learn about the problem and to get better at forging strong relationships with women in the workplace. Now, you’ve got to take the next step and put some skin in the game when sexism, bias, and harassment rear their heads. We’re going to ask you to use your situational awareness when—not if—you see or hear something that demeans or diminishes women in some way.
