Agile Working

The practice has responded to the changing way people are working. Introducing agile working gives you choices within prescribed guidelines to improve your work-life balance.

It should empower you to choose the way you work, which in turn will deliver better results all round by motivating you to do a better job because you know you can balance work around your personal life, preferences and circumstances.

It reinforces how the practice values people by creating a more inclusive culture, promoting diversity and supporting those with commitments outside work. It also focuses on outputs and delivery rather than clock watching.
