Technology Common Sense
Technology is a tool, not a lifestyle. The most obvious differ ence between your generation and mine is the vast array of new technology available and your generation’s ability to use it to advan tage. This knowledge or lack of knowledge often divides us. Since this book is meant to essentially mentor you, I remind you that your first job will probably be working with and for people who are your parents’ age. At the risk of sounding old, I urge you to be cautious about when and where you use technology, no matter how cool you think it is. (I know it is cool and very hard to resist.)
