Recommending Articles and Posts with +1

Using +1 to recommend a post in Google+ is straightforward: Click the +1 button at the bottom of a post. The button turns blue to indicate that you have clicked it and a counter appears below, listing the number of people who have also +1’d that article (as shown in Figure 10-2).

If you are the only person to have +1’d an article, it says “You +1’d this.” Click the counter and a box appears displaying the people who also +1’d the article (as shown in Figure 10-3).

It is possible to deselect the +1 button (if you’ve clicked it by accident) by clicking it a second time.
