Message Security and Recovery (formerly Policy Management and Message Recovery, but still really Postini, the company and service that Google purchased in 2007) offers a variety of important email services to Google Apps Premier Edition customers. Basically, you route your email through Postini, and Google takes care of security, recovery, and adherence to policy. Admins have an enormous level of tight control over exactly what Postini does for your organization, making it an absolutely essential service to many.
