8. Sharing and Collaborating on Spreadsheets
You don’t have to keep your spreadsheets all to yourself. When you share them with others, you can share both the information the spreadsheet holds and the work of keeping it up to date. As with Google Docs word-processing documents and presentations, you can share spreadsheets with collaborators who can work on them simultaneously in real time. It’s up to you how much access you want sharers to have—whether they can edit a spreadsheet or just view it, whether or not they need a Google account.
