9. Introducing Presentations

Slideshow-style presentations, such as those made with Microsoft PowerPoint, have become a staple of meetings everywhere. When you’re speaking to a group, a presentation gives structure to your talk, expresses your main points in a way that’s clear and easy to remember, and provides visual interest to keep your audience’s attention.

Google Docs presentations offer all these benefits, along with the ability to collaborate with others to develop a presentation and to give the presentation over the Internet (no special software needed).
