You will now have run a need-gap analysis and identified where the current IT governance activities are weak, and you will have developed a charter providing a list of expectations of the business from IT and expectations of IT delivery from the business. You will have a clear view of where the organisation is going in a strategic sense, and the overall organisational culture and appetite for risk and change.
