Love What You Do
One of the common characteristics of highly successful people that I found in my research was articulated by the late Steve Jobs: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking.” His advice got my attention. Pretty bright guy. So, when young people say to me, “Well, I’m not sure what I want to do,” I say, “Find out. Do an internship. Go here, go there. Discover what you enjoy, excel at, and really turns you on. That will get you on the road to success.”
