Introduction

Cinematic lighting design is the process artists use for defining the look of each frame in a feature film by carefully setting all the parameters of the light shaders. Rendering high-quality images interactively for cinematic lighting is becoming a necessity, but it remains a challenge due to the complex data sets used in production rendering.
