Principle #3:Acknowledgment can help diffuse jealousy and envy.

Acknowledge those you are jealous of, for the very attributes you envy. Watch your resentment diminish and the relationship grow stronger as you grow to accept valuable input from the person you were envying. As a Grateful Leader, you can set the example and model this behavior for others!
