THIS BOOK IS worth having for this chapter alone. A key differentiator when you go into a final interview is some documentation of what you have done and can do. When people interview someone they do not know, there is always some skepticism about that person’s accomplishments. Everyone needs some validation, including hiring managers.
A client of ours, Patrick, was interviewing for a position as a sales director in a top 10 market with a Fortune 50 company. It was a good position with a compensation plan of over $155,000 plus benefits.
