Thinking of a book as a meeting (which, in a way, it is, and by the way, nice meeting you!), we have reached the end of the meeting—adjournment. Now that you’ve read our book, perhaps you’ll see there’s more—a lot more—to meetings and meeting facilitation than meets the eye. However, no matter how much we may love meetings, well, nobody else does.
So, as we’ve related in the book, our job is to make our meetings stand out, make people want to come to our meetings because they get things done. Project meetings planned and run the right way get things done because we:

• Invite the right people
• Have an agenda
• Work that agenda
• Read the room (and adapt to that reading)
