As I pored over all the job listings for remote jobs on the FlexJobs website, I was amazed by the number of companies that have a special endorsement: “The U.S. Department of Defense recognizes this employer as a Military Spouse Employment Partner (MSEP).”
It's really hard for many military spouses to hang on-to jobs when partners are redeployed to new duties every few years. Finding a job that you can take with you can make a huge difference in your work-life balance and your family's financial well-being.
As I discovered, the FlexJobs database, for instance, which is updated daily with verified flexible roles, has great options for military spouses.
