Unleashing Human Potential

How many times have you heard leaders say, “People come first”? And how many leaders actually align their actions with this principle? Not many, because it's easier said than done.

The big hurdle for many is that although they believe that a company's success depends on its people, they don't always know how to engage people. They are clumsy and awkward, sometimes clueless, when it comes to unleashing human potential because they try to apply a style of leading that may have worked decades earlier but not today.
