12.4. Understanding the AGPM Delegation Model

Again, each GPO can either be Controlled or Uncontrolled. The goal is to move from your current chaotic environment (Uncontrolled) to one that is orderly and neat (Controlled). To that end, we need to understand the roles that are available to us, who can do what. Once we understand that, we'll have a better chance of maintaining order going forward.

The point is to bring order from chaos. To do that, we need an ongoing process to manage our GPOs. You can start to think of the AGPM archive as a big library system. It's been years since I stepped into a public library (sorry, but I like the cappuccinos and lemon squares at book stores). But I remember the basic procedure:
