Interview Traits
Start by thinking about what makes a good development engineer. Using this information, your interview team can evaluate the candidates for these traits during the interview by assigning different interviewers to different traits. For each of the areas, create a list of sample questions that you will provide to members of the interview team. If you evaluate candidates in all of the following areas, you can get a broader picture of the candidate and his or her potential:
