So you've decided that you need growth hackers as part of your organization. After making that decision, the next thing you have to figure out is how to get those growth hackers to work effectively together. This task tends to take the form of a growth team, perhaps loosely defined at first and then with more formal roles as the organization matures. Whatever the state of the growth team, its purpose remains the same: to grow usage of your product as a function of growing the value you deliver. You do this by finding repeatable and sustainable levers of growth by continually examining your growth model for opportunities or problems.
