Introduction
The bloopers covered in the previous chapters—GUI control, navigation, textual, and graphic design and layout—are fairly easy to spot in usability reviews and tests.
However, it pays to dig deeper: more bloopers lie below the surface. Some concern how well an application supports tasks, not just how well particular windows or pages are designed. Others concern how a UI design interacts with human perception and cognition.
