9Termination
9.1 At the outset of a contract the parties almost invariably approach it in good faith and with the best of intentions but, in spite of this, breaches of contract sometimes occur. Some of these are minor technicalities, and some can be dealt with by the machinery of the contract. Others are more serious and can only be dealt with by more drastic measures.

9.2 Most building contracts include provisions to deal with foreseeable situations which might otherwise be breaches.
