Appendix: List of MFA Vendors

MFA vendors can offer everything from stand-alone MFA solutions to integration services so that you can enable existing (non-MFA) sites and services. This appendix lists more than 115 vendors you can choose among, but it is a partial list. MFA solution providers probably number into the thousands, especially when taking into account small “boutique” firms that cater to particular industries (health care, banking, etc.) and regional firms in particular countries. But this is the most comprehensive list of MFA solution providers I'm aware of, so it's a good starting place. Use the suggestions in Chapter 23, “Selecting the Right MFA Solution” as a way to cull the larger list to a small subset of MFA vendors you're interested in.

You can download an Excel spreadsheet containing these MFA vendor names and websites, including an options matrix indicating which basic features each vendor or solution has or supports, at wiley.com/go/hackingmultifactor. You can sort and index the list according to the features that are most important to you. The spreadsheet is an attempt to do some of the initial research for you.
