Cisco CallManager and Avaya Call Center/Server are products that handle calls to and from VoIP hard phones. While the Cisco and Avaya products might be popular products for enterprise VoIP networks, open source software such as Asterisk can also be used (if standard protocols such as SIP, H.323, RTP, and/or IAX have been implemented). Any server's insecure use of SIP, H.323, RTP, and/or IAX is of primary concern when using VoIP.
