Why do most companies say that they care about customer service but do very little to improve it? The hard part of business is getting the customer. The easy part is keeping them. I guarantee that if you tell this to some company’s senior management, they’ll disagree with me, because in their experience, they have failed to keep business due to poor customer service. Unfortunately, they have also failed to understand that this is why they are losing business.
