Diversity, Inclusion, and the Ladder of Inference
BP, LIKE MANY OTHER companies, struggles with how to transform the concepts of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), into something tangible. Why is this important? As Lord John Browne, our Group Chief Executive says:
