Globalization is here to stay and organizations that can make it work for them are the ones that will survive and thrive. Global Firms in 2020: The Next Decade of Change for Organisations and Workers, a study conducted by the Economist Intelligence Unit (2010), predicted organizations able to operate seamlessly across borders, in different cultures, and with workforces that are extremely diverse will be the enterprises of the future.
