Abstract
The chapter has two objectives: first, it describes and analyses the Brazilian economic recession, 2015 and 2016, and stagnation, 2017 and 2018; and, second, it outlines an Agenda able of restoring macroeconomic stability and social development, defined as sustainable economic growth, controlled inflation, fiscal and external equilibria, and income distribution.
