I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter basically clarifies the process and components of project evaluation and analysis. It goes on to discuss the major players typically involved in the construction of new facilities and major renovations. The need for preconstruction documents and photo documentation are also examined and explained. The function of the Designer of Record is examined as is the need for site visits and observations to assist in the preparation of regular monthly Project Status Reports (PSRs) for the project in addition to allowing loan monitoring of the project.
